The Barking and Dagenham Performance Plan brings together information on how all council services have performed and how the borough is going to improve performance in the future. This is part of a step-change in developing and realising a 20-year vision for the borough. The plan includes a summary of the council´s overall approach to managing services, what the council has done during the year including its achievements, how it has performed during the year, what it is aiming to achieve in the year ahead, and the public´s views about council services. The full plan reviews over 70 aspects of council provision and includes key actions for the coming year for each aspect.
