The Behavioural Support Team of the Community Inspection and Advisory Service develop PSPs as part of an intervention strategy for pupils at risk of exclusion from school. The PSP for a particular pupil is developed in consultation with the Form Tutor, SENCO and Year Head, and is reviewed periodically with the pupil, alongside with any outside agencies that may be providing external support for that pupil e.g. Carers Association. The All Change project has also been able to contribute to some PSPs by providing advice to young people and teachers on community activities that might re-engage a particular pupil in learning.
